Pamela Manche Pearce founded POETS READ POETRY, a monthly meeting of Hudson Valley poets who chose poems on a set theme to read and discuss. Certified in the Amherst Writers & Artists workshop method, she leads a weekly poetry group at a senior residence as well as workshops and retreats at libraries. Her poems, essays, short stories and reviews have been published and anthologized both here and abroad. The former Director of Events and Publicity for PEN American Center and recipient of two Woolrich Fellowships from Columbia University lives in New York, NY.
